Order Processing

• Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines & Charges

• Standard Delivery (Pan-India): Estimated delivery within 4–8 business days depending on your pin code.

• Shipping Rates: Free shipping on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) may carry a nominal convenience fee displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Shipment

• You will receive a tracking link as soon as the courier scans your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier portal.

Delays & Undelivered Packages

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, regional holidays, or logistical constraints.

• Ensure complete and correct shipping address and contact numbers. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal at delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
